We want you to be completely satisfied with your Karen Wazen purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective cases, cleaning cloths, and authenticity cards are included.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
